Instead of focusing on your current state, try to envision the person you want to become. If you wake up feeling tired and unmotivated, refrain from complaining and rather declare positive affirmations such as, "I am strong and full of energy. My strength is being renewed each day. Today will be a great day." This will help you shift your mindset towards a more positive and constructive outlook.
