Have you ever considered holiness as both a noun and an active state?

Have you really thought about what it requires- not just an active state that God confers on you when you belong to Him, but also a NOUN which describes that state?

Holy- SET APART. DEDICATED (TO SOMETHING OR SOMEONE). PURE. UNDEFILED.

If you think about your life quickly in 60 seconds- no lies, no excuses- can you apply this NOUN to how you live? How you speak? Who you choose to hang out with? How you dress yourself? Where you like to go, where you are a "regular"? What you like to watch? The way you conduct closer "intimate relationships" with the opposite sex- are you even attracted to the correct sex or are you crossing lines into forbidden territory against what God says is allowed?

What you put your eyes on, is it holy? How you look at people walking by, is it holy? When you step out in public & we see how you look, day or night, are you holy? The things you do when no-one is around but you, ARE YOU HOLY?

HOLY IS A STATE OF BEING BUT IT IS ALSO A WAY OF LIVING THAT WILL COST YOU EVERYTHING TO ACHIEVE..

So if you would be willing to go through training and extra work to gain a promotion at work, or to win 1 million dollars, recognize that Jesus Christ is above that. He is MORE WORTH the effort for you to learn about holiness and practice it, than any job, love affair, Child, marriage, money, promotion, FAME, fortune or whatever you'd be willing to sacrifice to get more of.

BE HOLY AS I AM HOLY SAYS THE LORD.

And I the servant of God say: If you are not yet holy, BE WILLING TO STEP UP YOUR GAME BECAUSE JESUS CHRIST IS WORTH IT. Amen.

Father, let Your fire destroy every satanic trap of the enemy set to catch me in the name of Jesus.
My Father and my God, expose all satanic schemes devised to trap my destiny in the name of Jesus.
Father, let my breakthrough frustrate and scatter the agenda of the enemy in the name of Jesus.
Lord, let the gatherings of evil planners scattered to desolation in the name of Jesus.
Every trap of the enemy set against my destiny, be destroyed in the name of Jesus.
I paralyse every satanic ammunition targeted to ensnare me in the name of Jesus.
I refuse to cooperate with the plans of my enemies in the name of Jesus.
I scatter unto desolation all evil forces encamping against me in the name of Jesus.
Every grave dug for me by the enemy, swallow your diggers in the name of Jesus. Every power of the enemy scheming to waste my life, die in the name of Jesus.

Praying at midnight can be a time of great success to the prayers of a born again Christian. Which hour is midnight? The hour of midnight is twelve o'clock in the middle of the night, it’s that time of the night when a new day is being ushered in, and this can range from some minutes before 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM. This time is crucial for any prayer warrior.

What significance does the Bible place on praying at midnight?

In my life, I have often found myself facing challenges and uncertainties that have tested my faith. Time and time again, I have had to turn to God and ask for more of it - more faith in Him, in His plan for my life, and in my own abilities. Because the truth is, if we want to live a life that is truly our own, if we want to pave our own path and follow our own dreams, it takes a strong sense of faith. Faith gives us the courage and strength to keep moving forward, even when the road ahead may seem difficult or unclear. It reminds us that there is a larger purpose for our lives, and that everything happens for a reason. With faith, we can trust in the journey we are on and have confidence in ourselves to overcome whatever challenges may come our way. Without it, we may feel lost or unsure of our path. So, I have learned that in order to truly live a fulfilling life, I must continually seek and nurture my faith, for it is the foundation on which all of my hopes and dreams are built upon.

Our God is Great

For who in the skies above can compare with the Lord? Who is like the Lord among the heavenly beings? Psalm 89:6

Our God is very great, and His greatness cannot be compared to anyone either on earth or in heaven, yet many people do not know their Creator. Some only know Him superficially and are uncertain about what they know.

The Samaritan woman at the well, while speaking with Jesus, demonstrated her knowledge of God and the Scriptures. However, something you might not have considered about this woman is that her knowledge and understanding of God did not help her change her life; she was still living in sin and could not have a proper marriage. When Jesus looked at her, He knew she adhered to the religious traditions of the Samaritans, and He told her directly, "You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know..." (John 4:22). It was clear she did not truly know God.

Even today, there are many people who worship God without truly knowing who He is. As a result, they compare God to all sorts of things. This is why today's word prompts us to contemplate again on God and His power as we are asked, "For who in the skies above can compare with the Lord?"

You might say you do not compare God to anything because you do not do so directly. However, in your thoughts and the decisions you make every day, you may be comparing God to other things.

Let me tell you how you might be comparing God to other things. It is when you should entrust something to God, but you believe there is another way to accomplish it. Many people think that if they leave something to God, it will be delayed or not succeed, so they decide to use their own methods.

Moreover, when we fail to obey God and respect His commands, and when in your heart you do not fear God and do what He has forbidden, it is because in your heart you see God as an ordinary person. You think He has no power to do anything to you; you compare Him to a person who can threaten you but do nothing. The Word of God says, "In the council of the holy ones God is greatly feared; He is more awesome than all who surround Him." (Psalm 89:7), but many people do not fear God. They see the things written in the Bible as not being realistic.

But I assure you, God cannot be compared to anything nor does He resemble anyone. He has great power and might. It is time to give God His glory by continually contemplating His great works and worshiping Him in spirit and in truth.

Prayer: Oh Lord, your power and deeds are great and wonderful. I ask that through the Holy Spirit who dwells within me, teach me to know you and your power so that I may worship you in spirit and in truth.

O LORD my God, every spirit of spiritual lukewarmness in my life, tonight I cast it out by fire in Jesus Name.

Father in your mercy, please help me. I refuse to go back to my old self. I refuse to go back to my past life in Jesus Name.

Father please give me the grace to be closer to You. In your mercy Lord, draw me closer to you everyday in Jesus Name.

In the vastness of the universe, there exists a balance that cannot be denied. A balance between light and dark, good and evil, joy and sorrow. Everything has its own opposite, and one cannot exist without the other.
From the very beginning, this balance has been present. The existence of the sun and the moon, the day and the night, is evidence of this equilibrium. Just as light gives way to darkness, happiness too is inevitably followed by sorrow. This concept is not limited to the physical world, but it extends to the moral and spiritual realms as well.
In the moral sense, the existence of good and evil is a constant reminder of this balance. One cannot truly understand the concept of good without knowing the opposite, evil. It is through the presence of evil that we have the capacity to appreciate and value goodness. Without this contrast, the very essence of morality would be lost.
Even in our personal lives, we experience this undeniable balance. How can we truly appreciate the happiness in our lives without ever experiencing sadness? It is the lows that make the highs even more meaningful. Sorrow, though painful, teaches us valuable lessons and allows us to grow and evolve as individuals. Without it, we would be stagnant, unable to fully embrace the beauty of life.
Spirituality too is bound by this law of opposites. The idea of light and dark, yin and yang, is deeply ingrained in many belief systems. The existence of light without darkness is a mere illusion, just as the idea of happiness without sorrow is incomplete. It is through the contrast of these opposites that we can achieve true balance and enlightenment.
As we journey through life, we must come to terms with the fact that everything has its opposite. The universe will always strive to achieve equilibrium, no matter how hard we try to resist. And rather than fighting against it, we must learn to embrace and accept it. For it is this balance that allows us to truly appreciate and understand the world around us.
So the next time you find yourself in the depths of sorrow, remember that it is a necessary part of life's equation. And when happiness and joy flood your heart, cherish it, for it too shall pass. For in everything in the universe, physical, moral or spiritual, there are two sides. And it is only through the acceptance of this duality that we can truly find inner peace and contentment.

Deception is a powerful force that can infiltrate our minds and blind us from seeing the truth. It can come in various forms, such as false information, manipulation, or even self-deception. And what makes it even more dangerous is that oftentimes, we don't even realize that we are being deceived. As the saying goes, "If you are deceived, you don't know you are deceived." Such is the nature of deception.
As human beings, we are always seeking for the truth. We want to know and understand the world around us. But what if the very thing we believe to be true is actually a lie? This is where deception comes into play. It preys on our desire for knowledge and twists it to lead us astray.
In my own journey, I have come to recognize the power of deception and the need to constantly ask the Lord for protection. I have learned that just because something seems true or logical, doesn't mean it is. This is why I often find myself praying, "Lord, break any deception that is influencing my mind because I don't know what I don't know."
Interestingly, the Bible also speaks about the dangers of deception. In John 8:32, Jesus says, "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." This highlights the importance of embracing and walking in the truth, as it is the only way to break free from deception. On the other hand, rejecting the truth opens the door for deception to take control.
In today's world, we are bombarded with information from various sources, making it challenging to discern what is true and what is not. And with the rise of social media and the internet, false information spreads at an alarming rate. This is why it is crucial to always seek the truth and question everything we hear or read.
But how do we know the truth? The answer lies in God's word. The Bible is the ultimate source of truth, and it can guide us in discerning what is right and what is wrong. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."
As we submit to God and His word, He reveals the truth to us and protects us from deception. However, this requires a humble heart and a willingness to let go of our own understanding. Sometimes, we may discover that what we believed to be true was, in fact, a deception. But it is only through the truth that we can find freedom and break free from the hold of deception.
In conclusion, deception is a dangerous force that can manipulate our minds and lead us astray. As we navigate through life, it is crucial to constantly seek the truth and ask God for His protection from deception. Remember, the truth you embrace and walk in sets you free, but the truth you reject opens the door to deception. So let us always be vigilant in seeking the truth and trusting in God's guidance.

As Christians, we are called to live by the Word of God. The Bible is our guide to navigate through life, to find comfort in times of struggle and to seek wisdom when faced with difficult decisions. However, in today's society, it is common for people to pick and choose which parts of the Bible they want to believe in. This trend of reading what we believe rather than believing what we read is something that needs to be addressed.
It is easy to fall into the trap of reading the Bible with a preconceived notion of what it should say. We often cherry-pick verses that align with our beliefs and disregard others that challenge us. This tendency to use the Bible to justify our actions or beliefs is a dangerous road to travel. We must remember that the Bible is not just a collection of inspirational quotes, but it is the living and breathing Word of God.
In order to truly understand and live by the Word, we must not let our familiarity with it lead us to bend its meaning to suit our needs. We must approach the Bible with an open heart and mind, ready to be inspired and convicted by its teachings. It is not meant to conform to our beliefs, but rather to transform us from the inside out.
Let us not forget that the Bible was written in a specific historical and cultural context. It is essential to interpret the teachings in the right context rather than taking them at face value. This will prevent us from twisting the meaning of the Word to fit our convenience or personal desires.
We must also be wary of false teachings that may be disguised as biblical truth. In this digital age, where information is easily accessible, we must be diligent in discerning what is truly in line with the Word of God. We cannot rely solely on our own understanding but must seek guidance from the Holy Spirit and trusted biblical scholars.
As we continue to read and study the Bible, let us approach it with reverence and humility. Let us not be afraid to be challenged or convicted by its teachings. As the apostle Paul said in 2 Timothy 3:16, "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness." Let the Word inspire us to live a life that is pleasing to God and convict us when we stray from His path.
In conclusion, let us not get so comfortable with the Word of God that we twist it to fit our own beliefs. Instead, let us allow the Word to transform us and guide us towards a deeper understanding of God's will for our lives. O God have mercy upon me and wash away my sins, in the name of Jesus.
Father, if this spirit of anger is an in-born, take it away from me, in the name of Jesus. Whatever the spirit of anger has destroyed in my life………(mention them) O God, begin to repair it by Your mercy, in Jesus name.
Father, whatever the spirit of anger has caused me, restore me back and let Your peace settles in my mind, in the name of Jesus.
Any kind of destructive power that is attacking my brain and mind, be destroyed in the name of Jesus.
My Father, I am here for total reformation of my character. Break me and remould me again, in the name of Jesus.

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? You are not subject to the power of darkness.

In the Gospel of John 3:20, Jesus says, "For everyone who does evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed."

From the beginning of Creation, God separated Light and Darkness. "And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness." (Genesis 1:4). Because these two things had already been separated by God, they cannot coexist and are incompatible but God has placed Light over darkness, in the book of John 1:5, it says "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it."

Light and Darkness in the Bible are often used as metaphors to signify the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Darkness, righteousness and evil or Good and Evil. In the book of Ephesians 5:11 it says "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them." In this verse, the works of darkness refer to evil deeds. The Word of God is showing us, Light and darkness do not mix and are enemies.

What I want you to know, child of God, is that if God has made you Light and you live and act in righteousness, those who are on the side of darkness will rise against you.

If God has made you Light in your family, lineage, or community, or in the place where you work, you carry the destiny of the redemption of your family. The kingdom of darkness ruling over your family or place of influence will rise against you.

So, don't be surprised when people hate and rise against you; it's a spiritual battle. Because you carry something that disrupts their plans.

The good news I bring you today is that even though they rise against you and hate you, they will not prevail! The word of God says, "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it." (John 1:5). Also, the word of God says, "You shall establish yourself in righteousness; you shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; and from terror, for it shall not come near you. Indeed, they shall surely assemble, but not because of Me. Whoever assembles against you shall fall for your sake. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me, says the LORD." (Isaiah 54:14-15, 17 NKJV)

So, child of God, there is special protection placed upon you by God, it will shield you from all the evils intended by your enemies. Amen.

Prayer: Thank you Jesus for making me a light in this world, I pray that you make me steadfast in faith, in all challenges, and let my light never dim. Amen.
